School-Age Care Environment Rating Scale-Updated
The School-Age Environment Rating Scale Updated (SACERS-U) is used to conduct assessments with children ages 5 through 12 years. The SACERS-U assessment tool includes scoring for items based on observation, as well as staff knowledge of program policy and procedures.
